Goodness gracious, sometimes there are just not words to describe how amazing a day can be! Being among family and friends and watching a sibling marry their love just brings so much damn joy and feels to one’s heart. Faren and Tom’s wedding weekend in Grand Marais was such a magical couple of days, we found ourselves imagining that we could one day try to top it. ;P 

Everything was so beautiful and delicious to our hungry souls, from swimming in Lake Superior to crushing Beyond Burgers and La Croix to playing card games into the night to chasing Gus and Arch around.

We loved every minute of it and hope you enjoy what we captured, you might even see our faces a time or two 😉

Her friends made her a bouquet from wild plants gathered around the cabins 🙂

We spent more of our time with the groom, Tom! Two other photographer sisters were with the bride 😀 Here he is writing his vows in the cabin, while the best man wrote his speech out on the dock.

All guests had to be paddled across a little river to reach the beach ceremony!

In addition to helping photograph, Dylan also played a song during the ceremony. He played ‘Call it Dreaming’ by Iron and Wine. 🙂
