Northern Michigan Engagement Photographer // Mount Houghton, Eagle River

Steph and Logan got engaged up on Mount Houghton, so we returned to take their engagement pictures at the same spot. This view of the Keweenaw made the back road trip worth it! We ended the night at Eagle River beach as the sun set. It was the perfect evening in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

The one downside to this beautiful location was that it was EXTREMELY buggy up there! After driving and hiking all that way, we decided to fight through the bugs and keep shooting as long as we could handle, but we had to take plenty of ‘bug breaks!’
